1. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial. After the trial ends, billing will begin unless canceled.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

• You were charged in error.

• You experienced major service failure and contacted support with no resolution within 7 days.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the charge.

3. Non-refundable

• Charges for partial months of service.

• Issues caused by user error or unsupported usage.

• Third-party service failures.
